Route 52 is the main long-distance transit line along Iceland's South Coast. Departing from Reykjavík (BSÍ/Mjódd), it follows the Ring Road through Hveragerði, Selfoss, Hella, Hvolsvöllur, past Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss waterfalls, through Vík, Kirkjubæjarklaustur, and Skaftafell National Park to Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon and Höfn í Hornafirði.
